The Rychilla Cases is a murder mystery series set within the Kingdom of Rychilla. It follows Yaetherim and his allies as they seek to solve each case.

Glossary of Terms

• Arch – This prefix denotes a Rychillan who has become a chief of their profession. E.g. an Arch-Mechanic is the mechanic in charge of a workshop.
• Terax – This is a series of tattooed symbols, called terax marks, which Rychillans have on their arms. Starting from the left wrist, they run up to the shoulder, then down the other side. These indicate social class, profession, rank and other achievements of note.
• Veritor – The most senior rank of the town guard. Those who have earned the title are responsible for investigating the most serious of crimes, and threats to the peace of the kingdom. They must be of the tennil class.
